Calorie Intake
You will be taught about calories and you will be given an amount of calories to consume which will be tailored to you, your lifestyle and your goals
Macro Nutrients
You will be given a breakdown of macronutrients which is tailored to you and your goals
Stats
Your body stats will be monitored and your nutrition will be adjusted according to maximize progress to achieving your goals
Tailored Programs
Physical Assessments
Assessments are required to find out where you are in order to create a plan for where you want to go. You will receive relevant assessments based on your goals so that I can create a tailored program for you to reach your goals
Structured Sessions
You will be given a structured program with exercises specific to reaching your goals
Check Ins
You will be monitored throughout your sessions to ensure you are heading in the right direction and if any amendments are required
Progression
Your program will be structured and based around progressive overload. This means that as your body adapts to the exercise and becomes stronger/fitter the program will be tailored to keep progressing so that you do not plateau

There is always a way to progress to the next exercise or variation of exercise to keep you on your toes and to have something to strive for
