About Me
“Continuous Personal Development”

What I strive for in my own life and aim to help others achieve.
Fitness has been a part of my life since I was a child. At the age of 16 I left home in Retford and started 32 weeks of training at Lympstone Commando to become a Royal Marine. Young and naive, I believed I was very well prepared and wouldn't struggle to much. I'd been following a generic program online, going for runs and working out in the gym.

OH HOW I WAS IN FOR A SHOCK

It turns out I didn't have a clue about fitness or training at all!
Little did I know that I was about to embark on the most physically and mentally demanding journey of my life where I would be learning from and trained by some of the most elite Physical Training Instructors in the world.
Fast forward 14 years, thousands of hours training myself in multiple disciplines. Coaching and mentoring people in multiple sporting activities. Hundreds of hours reading and learning from different athletes and coaches, I am now a Personal Trainer helping as many people as possible through training and education.
I take a no bullshit approach. l provide a clear plan and guidance to achieving goals with proven methods backed by science and experience.
Are you ready to take your fitness to the next level?
