Alfie - Goals To Gain Strength And Improve Exercise Form

We achieved Alfie's goals with an 8 week strength program where his 1 Rep Maxes increased on all 3 of his major compound lifts - 

Dumbbell Bench Press From 42kg  to  48kg  (14% Increase) 

Barbell Back Squat From 120kg  to  135kg (12% Increase)

Deadlift From 165kg  to 175kg  (6% Increase)

Molly - Goals To Improve Upper Body Strength And Exercise Form

We achieved Molly's goals with a program and 1 - 1 coaching on exercises form. We developed her all round strength but focused mainly on building her upper body strength and improving her form when squatting

Alex - Goal To Improve Body Composition And Build Overall Strength And Fitness

Alex has achieved so much over the course of several months training. He has lowered his body fat percentage and increased lean muscle mass. Along with this he has gained strength in multiple exercises. We achieved this through 1 - 1 training sessions, a program and nutritional plan.
